When I founded Terra Advisory, it wasn’t just a professional decision—it was a personal one.
After completing my PhD in Sustainable Energy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University under Qatar Foundation, I had the opportunity to work with Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa)—where I contributed to the development of Qatar’s National Renewable Energy Strategy (2024). That experience deeply shaped my understanding of the energy landscape, both technically and institutionally.
Later, my work took me to Africa, where I launched Terra Energy, a boutique consultancy focused on enabling the clean energy transition and climate resiliency on the ground. Through these combined experiences—academic, institutional, and entrepreneurial—I came to a powerful realization: the energy transition is, at its core, a financial transition.
Technology alone is not enough. To accelerate change, we must mobilize capital, de-risk investments, and strengthen the systems that turn vision into action.
And so, Terra Advisory was born.

A Firm Built on Experience—And Vision
Terra Advisory was established as the strategic and investment facilitation arm of our Rwanda-based parent company, Terra Energy. While Terra Energy focuses on local implementation and deep market insight, Terra Advisory complements it with expertise in strategy, capital mobilization, and regional collaboration—anchored in Qatar, and serving the broader MENA region.
We are proud to be registered under the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), and our mission aligns closely with the aspirations of Qatar National Vision 2030—particularly in promoting environmental development, economic diversification, and knowledge-based economy.
